Tickets refers any tickets for events, games, concerts or any such applicable situation where tickets are available for purchase at the Website.

Successful Purchase refers to a situation where You have successfully made payment for the tickets via the integrated payment gateway available at the Website.

Website refers to Sigri Solution, accessible from https://events.sigrisolution.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acknowledgment
By proceeding to use the Service, You acknowledge that you have read and understood this Delivery Policy and you agree to the terms set out in this Delivery Policy.
Delivery of tickets purchased
Upon successful purchase of tickets, e-tickets would be sent to the email provided during purchase within 24 hours. If you do not get e-tickets, you would be able to verify your purchase via the "Order History" option in the website and use the confirmation shown on the page for entry to the event venue.
In case You provided a wrong email during the purchase, you can either update your email address via the settings option using your registered account or you can contact us at support@sigrisolution.com for correcting your email address. In such cases, we would attempt to resend the e-ticket to the new email address within 2 working days.
You may also use your NRIC / Passport for entry to the venue by providing the NRIC / Passport number used for purchase of tickets to the marshal at the venue entrance.
