CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE
By proceeding with purchase of the tickets and participating in the Event (hereinafter defined), the ticket holder shall be deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Event including any amendments or variations to it and unequivocally accept the same in their entirety. All risks of registering for tickets online shall be understood and complied with by the ticket holder.

- Name of the Event
- Super GT Malaysia Round (“the Event”) will be held from 27 June 2025 to 28 June 2025 at Sepang International Circuit (“theVenue”).
- General Rules
- The Event has limited seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No outside food and drinks are allowed in the Venue, subject to the terms and conditions.
- Registration of Tickets
- During the purchase of tickets at the website [https://events.sigrisolution.com/](“Ticketing Website”), you shall enter your Name (as per NRIC), your NRIC / Passport number, Mobile number, and valid email address.
- Each transaction is capped at a maximum of four (4) tickets and one NRIC / Passport is capped at one transaction per event day.
- All guests should possess a valid ticket to enter the venue.
- All ticket sales for the Event are subject to availability and to acceptance by the Organiser at its absolute discretion.
- Issuance of E-Ticket
- Upon successful booking, e-ticket will be sent to the provided email address within twenty-four (24) hours.
- Alternatively, the booking can be verified via the "Verify Ticket" option on the Ticketing Website.
- If the wrong email address is entered during the registration and need rectification, the ticket holder shall have full responsibility either to update the email via the registered account at the ticketing website or to contact the Ticketing Agent via email at support@sigrisolution.com. The e-ticket will be reissued to the rectified email address within two (2) working days.
- The ticket holder shall have full responsibility to contact the Ticketing Agent via email at support@sigrisolution.com for any further enquiries regarding the booking status.
- The ticket holder may enter the Venue by showing the following to the designated ticket marshal at the Venue entrance:-
- The e-ticket with the QR code, and
- The NRIC / Passport used for registration.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry upon, but not limited to, the following events where:-
- The ticket is tampered with or found in any way unacceptable to us; or
- Your NRIC number does not match the details registered;
In such cases above, we shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any ticket or any failure or inability of the ticket holder to use a ticket for any reason.
- The ticket holder shall:
- Observe the rules, policies and procedures of the Venue including in relation to health and safety and any reasonable instructions issued by the Organiser;
- Behave in a respectful, professional and appropriate way that does not breach the applicable laws or regulations or that risks bringing the Organiser into disrepute;
- The ticket holder may be refused entry and / or be required to leave the Event if:
- Their conduct is deemed to be disorderly, who uses abusive language, fails to comply with these terms, any physical or information security policies or any terms and/or rules imposed by the Venue or by the Organiser, as applicable; or
- Illegal items are brought into the Venue, including without limitation, weapons, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, laser pointers, strobe lights, and irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers).
- Your entry to the Venue may be subject to the further prevailing terms and conditions of entry by the Organiser.
- General Sales Conditions
- Complimentary tickets cannot be resold, encumbered, or transferred in any way to another person.
- Tickets booked are strictly not cancellable or exchangeable for another ticket or ticket category, nor exchangeable or redeemable for cash or in kind.
- We are not responsible if your ticket is lost, stolen or damaged. In such circumstances, no replacement will be provided.
- The Organiser may add, withdraw, or substitute and/or vary advertised programmes, Event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- Event Cancellation and Postponement
- If the Event is postponed or cancelled, a postponement publicity notice or a cancellation publicity notice (collectively, the''Notices''or individually, a''Notice'') respectively shall be placed in the Event social media pages by the Producer and/or Organiser.
- Privacy
- By proceeding with the registration, the ticket holder acknowledge and agree that we will gain access to, use, disclose, retain and otherwise process certain Personal Data provided by the ticket holder for the purpose of the Event. The applicable Personal Data and Privacy Policy is as set out at https://events.sigrisolution.com/policy/privacy (as may be amended from time to time).
